Fulfillment Policy

1. Refund Policy

• Service Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to meet your expectations with every service we provide. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to address your concerns and make necessary adjustments.

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Services were not delivered as agreed upon in the contract.
  • Significant errors or omissions in the delivered work that were not rectified after notification.

• Non-Refundable Services: Please note that certain services, such as digital advertising campaigns that have already been launched or completed projects, may not be eligible for refunds once initiated.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Requests: Clients may request to cancel services at any time before the project begins. To cancel, please contact us via email at support@neteragroup.com or call us at 281-529-5691.

• Refunds on Cancellations: If you cancel a service before work has commenced, you will receive a full refund of any payments made. If work has already begun, we will assess the amount of work completed and issue a partial refund based on the services rendered.

• Notice Period: For ongoing services (e.g., monthly retainers), we require a written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
